Return & Refund Policy

Because honey is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns once the seal has been broken or the product has been used. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please include photographic evidence of the damaged jar and packaging.
2. Unopened Returns
We accept returns of unopened and sealed products within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
