1. Delivery Areas
Currently, we offer delivery services across Surat, Gujarat. For bulk orders outside Surat, please contact us directly.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery within Surat usually takes 1-2 business days. You will be notified via WhatsApp once your order is out for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery: All orders above ₹500 qualify for free delivery within Surat limits.
- Standard Delivery: A nominal flat rate of ₹40 applies for orders below ₹500.
4. Order Tracking
Since we manage local deliveries, tracking is done via WhatsApp. Our delivery team will message or call you before arriving at your location.
